Regarding Entry to the RIKEN Yokohama Campus Koryuto Hall

1.Regarding Entry to the RIKEN Campus

At RIKEN Yokohama Campus, enhanced security measures for entry to the campus and buildings have been in place since April 26, 2024. Accordingly, all visitors are required to register in advance. Please bring the entry pass issued by our research group and present it to the security guard at the main gate on the day of the event. The entry pass will be sent to you by email after your registration is completed. Please either display the pass on your smartphone or other mobile device, or print it out and bring it with you. For those who register by early October, we can also send the entry pass to you by mail in advance. If you would prefer to receive it by mail, please contact the Secretariat.

2.Regarding Entry to the Exchange Hall

The entrance doors to the Exchange Hall are always locked. Upon your arrival, please present your entry permit or participation certificate to the staff near the automatic doors.
When leaving, the automatic doors will also require a card to unlock, so please ask the nearby staff for assistance.
